Live Edge Walnut Bowl

Beautifully handcrafted live edge walnut bowl, turned by John Hart.  

John sourced the wood from a neighboring Amish farm that was taking down some walnut trees. After allowing the wood to dry, he rough cuts the logs into large pieces, preserving as much bark as possible. Then each piece is turned on the lathe, exposing the natural grain before being finished to a silky smooth perfection.  No two pieces are ever alike.

Use for salad, displaying fruit or as a decorative piece. The bowl has a food safe finish. 

This one-of-a-kind bowl is the perfect gift for weddings, anniversaries, holidays or house warmings.

Hand wash in warm water, drying immediately. Do not wash in the dishwasher.
