Seedballs are an easy, effective way to add a variety of wildflowers to bare areas.
And the best part: No digging! This is an easy, no-fuss way to grow wildflowers.
What exactly is a seedball? Our seedballs, also known as earth balls or seed bombs, are a mix of native wildflower seeds, clay and compost, rolled into a ball, then dried.
Just toss the seedball on bare soil, add a little water and let nature do her thing. They are designed to be tossed on top of the soil. You don't need to dig them in.
You can even scatter them in a pot to watch 'em sprout.
No green thumb required.
Our Pollinator Seedballs are a mix of early, mid and late blooming flowers, including Forget-Me-Not, Chinese; Wallflower, Siberian; Poppy, California; Coneflower, Purple; Flax, Blue; Baby Blue-Eyes; Tidy-Tips; Gilia, Globe; Indian Blanket; Coreopsis, Plains; Sweet Alyssum, Tall White; Hyssop, Lavender; Daisy, Fleabane; Aster, New England; Bergamont.
This mix will produce nectar and pollen for native bees, honey bees and other pollinators.
