Each package of our Buttermilk Biscuit Mix is hand made in rural Geauga County, Ohio so you can serve warm, delicious country biscuits in just minutes. These are the fluffy, tender, melt-in-your-mouth biscuits of your dreams. Each package makes 2 dozen biscuits.

You'll also receive 8 oz. of delicious, raw wildflower honey from Brighton Wool & Honey Co.  They use organic beekeeping methods, leaving the bees to do exactly as nature intended, producing pure, raw unprocessed honey straight from the hive to the bottle.

The bees enjoy their days right here at Elderberry Marsh Farm, gathering nectar and pollen from our own fruit trees, vegetables, native perennials and herbs to produce honey that changes in flavor seasonally. 

And to make it easy for drizzling that delicious honey onto warm biscuits, we've included a wooden honey dipper.
