Lavender Creamed Honey

Lavender Infused Creamed Honey by Brighton Wool & Honey Co. is organically raised wildflower honey harvested right here at Elderberry Marsh Farm.

Creamed honey (also known as spun honey or whipped honey) is honey that has been carefully stirred to control the way it crystallizes. All honey naturally wants to turn from liquid to solid over time - but creamed honey goes through a special process to make those crystals super smooth and tiny, giving it a thick, spreadable texture - almost like soft butter or frosting. Then, to make it extra delicious, we've added a hint of lavender extract. 

It’s still 100% pure honey, just in a different form! The flavor is the same, but the texture is creamy instead of drippy, which makes it perfect for toast, biscuits, or eating right off the spoon.

It doesn’t need to be refrigerated and won’t separate or get grainy like regular honey sometimes does. Just smooth, sweet goodness every time you open the jar.
